How do I renew my newsletter subscription?

Your newsletter subscription will not expire.

What payment methods do you accept?

All subscriptions are processed through TinyPass, which accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Dwolla, and Amazon Payments.

Is it possible to give a subscription as a gift?

How do I upgrade my monthly account to an annual subscription?

Login to your TinyPass account at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login. Click the “my library” link in the top menu navigation.

Then, click the tile associated with your subscription.

Click the Subscription tab.

Click the blue Don’t bill me again button. When prompted, click Yes to confirm that you would like to cancel your account. Your subscription will continue until the end of the upcoming billing period. Once it expires, you will then be able to sign up for annual access.

Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email to set up my Primo! account?

If you are unable to locate the confirmation email or never received it, you can verify your subscription details by logging in to TinyPass: https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login

How do I update my email address for the free newsletter?

Visit bobandbrianworld.com/subscribe. Enter your current e-mail address in the indicated registration box. You will be redirected to page where you are able to change any contact information.

Do you issue pro-rated refunds?

No. However, one month recurring and annual recurring subscriptions come with a FREE one month trial. You will not be billed until the end of your trial.

How do I cancel my account?

Login to your TinyPass account at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login. Click the “my library” link in the top menu navigation.

Then, click the tile associated with your subscription.

Click the Subscription tab.

Click the blue Don’t bill me again button. When prompted, click Yes to confirm that you would like to cancel your account. Your subscription will then expire and not be renewed at the end of the upcoming billing period.

How do I update my billing address?

Login to your TinyPass account at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login. Click the “my wallet” link in the top menu navigation. Then, click the card for which you would like to edit the billing address.

How do I update the credit card number of expiration date I have on file?

Login to your TinyPass account at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login. Click the “my wallet” link in the top menu navigation. Then, click the card you would like to edit.

I signed up for the newsletter. Why can’t I access Primo! content?

Subscribing to the e-mail newsletter is not the same as subscribing to premium Bob & Brian World content.

Do I need to pay to get the weekly newsletter?

No. The weekly Tuesday newsletter is sent FREE.

Logging In

I can’t get the login page to load.

Please ensure that javascript is enabled in your browser.

If you are still experiencing problems, visit https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login and login using your email address and password. Then, visit bobandbrianworld.com, where you will be logged in.

How do I change my login email or password?

To change your login email and/or password, visit https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login.

I clicked the subscribe button, but nothing happened.

Please check that javascript is enabled in your browser. Alternatively, you can visit the registration page directly at bobandbrianworld.com/subscribe.

Can I use my subscription on more than one computer or device?

Yes.

I can’t access the audio, but I have the correct login.

Bob & Brian World includes three different kinds of content:

  • Bob & Brian Primo!
    • This is the daily video podcast that is only available to paying subscribers. Click the Primo! link in the navigation menu to access this content.
  • Daily radio show podcast
    • This is the download of the radio show broadcast on 105.9 The Hog each morning. This is only available to paying Primo! subscribers. Click the “Radio Podcast” link in the navigation menu to access this content.
  • Radio Vault
    • Select archived clips from Bob & Brian’s 34 years of radio are available to all visitors to Bob & Brian World, with new clips added daily. Primo! subscribers have access to a searchable archive of all clips.

Where is my newsletter? I’m logged in.

Check your inbox. E-mail newsletters are sent sent twice a week.

Primo! subscribers receive an email on Sunday evenings previewing the week’s content.

All e-mail subscribers receive the weekly newsletter on Tuesday mornings. Subscribing to the e-mail newsletter is not the same as subscribing to premium Bob & Brian World content.

I never received a confirmation email for Primo! access.

What are cookies, and how are they used in my subscription?

Cookies are commonly-used snippets of code that are designed to remember when you’ve visited this website. As long as cookies are enabled on your browser or you cache is not deleted, you will not have to login again to get full digital access to Bob & Brian World premium content.

I have forgotten my username or password. How do I get them back?

Digital subscriptions to bobandbrianworld.com are managed through TinyPass. Visit the password reset page located here: https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login/showResetPassword

Where do I find the downloadable .mp3s?

Daily show podcasts are powered by SoundCloud. You are either able to stream the file or download an mp3 directly.

To download the file, access the show you would like to download by visiting Radio Podcasts page.

How do I subscribe to my podcast in iTunes?

Because the Bob & Brian Show podcasts and Bob & Brian Primo video podcasts are premium content, they are not available on iTunes, Stitcher, or other podcast distribution platforms.

Are podcasts available?

Bob & Brian Primo subscribers are able to stream or download complete daily podcasts from the radio broadcast of Bob & Brian in the Morning. You must be a paid subscriber and logged in to access this content.
